Millie’s Mark was awarded in April 2021, for all our Educators and Teachers consistently completing their 12 hours Paediatric First Aid training. Achieving Millie’s Mark is very special, which acts as an indicator that we go above and beyond the minimum requirements to keep children safe.

Quality Counts is NDNA’s quality improvement scheme for nurseries. It showcases nurseries that want to reflect, review and improve their practice to the highest quality standards. Achieving this gives our parents and Educators the reassurance that our Nursery meets defined and robust quality standards. Accreditation is based on an assessment against a framework of standards and included zoom meetings and live lessons along with parent and Educator interviews.

Waverley Nursery believes in a high quality educational philosophy and pedagogy focus, inspiring a natural approach that is child centred with a constructivist self-guided early years curriculum. Along with a self-directed and highly experiential learning provision with experienced Educators and Teachers, in a relationship driven environment.
